  gonna be completely honest in the nicest way possible.. twice, she was 20 minutes late without realizing it. hair needed to be trimmed an inch with some layers, instead she trimmed 2 inches off and all the layers where uneven! needed blonde highlights fixed, but they're not even and none of my highlights start at the root! crooked all over the place.. we talked about a reasonable price, when she was done she charged $125!! unbelievable! for that money my hair should of been fab! instead I left crying... I'm so disappointed.. my stylist friend was even shocked..
