  I had a terrible tenant who was not paying. It has been a pain for me to get rid of him. Kevin was helpful to give me referrals to lawyers who specialize in eviction. I decided not to rent the house anymore. Not worth the headache. I just want to SELL it! I appreciate his coming to look at the house. Although I wanted a price I thought I could get for, my realtor couldn't find a buyer. I eventually sold it to Kevin. Had I sold it to him initially, I would not have to wait for 6 long months. Watch out for those realtors who are not being realistic with their numbers. They just want your listing!

  The house has been a thorn on my thigh. I'm negative cash flow every month. Tenant hasn't been paying. Me being outside of CA, I don't have time to manage the property. Property has become worse. Kevin was kind enough to check the house for me in my absence. I didn't know the cracked front door window until he told me. He gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. I tried talking to my realtor friend. I didn't seem to find a solution. I was thankful that someone could finally take it off my hand.
