  Was just visiting a friend's mom. Her room was spacious and very clean. The nurse was interested and engaged when listening to the family's observations about the patient's status. The room was set up to encourage family to spend time with their loved one (comfortable seating, a pull-out couch, and a reclining chair in the room). The staff smiled and made eye contact.
