  The doctor, was fine and attentive, however, her office processed charges for services they did not perform. They claimed they drained something and gave my husband a shot of cortizone which they did not do. He called them 3 times to discuss their error, very nicely, and he was rudely told it was well documented and we had to pay, though they could not produce any of this 'documentation' and send to us. So, now we have to deal with my insurance company, and hopefully they will be able to audit them to find out what is so wrong with their processes that they can't keep the records of their patients straight.
